corn pudding

Corn Pudding – Bolo di Mainshi
(Serves 4)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine in a saucepan:
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. sugar
Salt to taste

Stir in:

1 tin creamed corn

Beat well:

2 eggs

Add:

½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir eggs and milk into the corn mixture and add 3 Tbs. melted butter

Mix well and pour into a shallow casserole. Bake for about one hour.
