dear mister president

just under an hour over the mountains is the quaint little town of staunton, the birthplace of a well-known mr. woodrow wilson.  charlie and i decided to take a tour of his birthplace on saturday.

regular tickets are $14 (there are student, AAA, and senior discounts) and you get access to a home tour and then the museum.  while small, the museum is well done and the ww1 exhibit in the basement is interesting.  i realized that i have forgotten all of my history lessons and my timeline of big events in the life of the united states is quite skewed.  thank you staunton for educating me.
