charlie and our friend brett played some jazz music last night at semolina on the corner. one thing i did not know is that semolina is owned by the folks who own basil (unbelievable that i haven’t written a post about them yet). semolina carries a huge selection of beers from all over the world as the guys who runs it is a “beer enthusiast”. i went for a boring red stripe beer and an amazing margherita pizza. boring, i know, but it really was tasty. the fresh basil and tomato wheels made the pizza and you can really taste the homemade dough.
i can’t speak for the jazz though…
